Car Hire USA

Car Hire USA

Car hire USA is an easy process for those that are looking into renting a car in the United States. There are numerous car hire companies who promise to cater and service their customers with the best service, one must shop around for the best pricing. Not all companies are going to offer the same bonuses or perks. Many companies have specials and they must compete against other competitors to draw in customers. Companies must market their perks that the public cannot seem to turn down. These perks will stop the customer form looking any further. Competitor companies must constantly strive to out sell each other with just the right price and bonus deals. As long as a car hire company is offering to a customer an attractive rental deal and can keep the customer enticed they go with that company.

A major credit card is needed in order to hire a car in the United States. The renter must be at least 18 years of age and have full coverage automobile insurance in their name. Rentals may entice the renter to pay for additional insurance but it is not necessary, unless this will give the renter more security while on the road. Remember to shop for the best deals.

Tour the Thames

Tour the Thames

Taking a tour up the river Thames is an old favorite of the English, and something that is a lot of fun. So now we’re recommending it to everyone reading this. And don’t worry if you don’t have your sea legs or get boat sick easily: the Thames isn’t exactly a complicated river to navigate nor do you need to do this tour by boat. In fact, most people do it by car.

If you don’t own your own car, the best thing to do it to go down to Kent and rent a car in a Kent car hire company close to either your hotel or to where you’re taking the train or bus back to London. You’ll thank me for this later, because car hires in London are much more expensive.

From then on, the ride should be smooth as you move up the river. When passing London, the river goes right by the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye, but you’re probably tired of London already, so let’s move on.

One of the coolest things about the Thames is its islands. One of the prettiest ones, and my personal favorite, is Temple Island, where the Henley Royal Regatta starts.

Rent or Buy?

Rent or Buy?

A lot of people have this notion that if you’re going to use a car for a week and then just dispose of it, you’re better off buying a cheap car, driving wherever you want to go and then sell it at your destination than renting one. Well, this couldn’t be farther from the truth.

Unless you’re lucky enough to buy a car for 200 dollars that’ll miraculously run for more than 10 miles without breaking down, let alone between cities, and then manage to sell it back for the same price, the possibilities of something going wrong with that plan are astronomical. And with all the car hire deals that rental car companies offer all the time, you’ll be hard pressed not to find something that works out perfectly for you.

The piece of mind of driving a car that’s safe should be enough to make you take the renting road, but if not consider this. The odds of someone wanting to buy from you the car that you just bought on a whim and that now has had a couple of hundred miles added to the total are very low. You’ll probably end up selling it to a dealer for little to no money, or selling it for parts.
